Using the GLRFile plugin it is possible to export a complete gallery from Lightroom as a single GLR file, and this file can subsequently be imported into Gallery for Lightroom; see cloud for more details.
With Gallery for Lightroom version 2.0 and later, it is also possible to export a gallery from Gallery for Lightroom as a GLR file. This file can be e-mailed or transferred to another iOS device using AirDrop. Note that both iOS devices involved in the export/import of a GLR file must have purchased the Full Functionality Purchase for Gallery for Lightroom.
Gallery for Lightroom version 2.0 and later, can also export a gallery as a GLS file. GLS files are simialr to GLR files except that they they do not require importing devices to have purchased the Full Functionality Purchase for Gallery for Lightroom. Note that a device exporting GLS files requires the Universal Export Purchase inApp purchase for Gallery for Lightroom.
Using GLS files allows a photographer to distribute a gallery to any number of friends or clients without the need for these friends or clients to make any inApp purchase.
For example, the file swimmers.gls can be placed on DropBox, Google Drive etc. and imported into any instance of Gallery for Lightroom.
